Abstract: Based on greet number of facts and proof, the paper sets forth not only the positive value of science andtechnology transmission, but also analyze negative of effect of science and technology transmission.Besides, It is considered that science and technology transmission is fundamental link of basic condition forrealize the strategy of invigovigating china by science and technology and realize ideology that science andtechnology is the first productivity.
