Abstract: Rosalyn Sussman Yalow is one of the greatest scientists of the 20th century. She discovered the insulin antibodies and invented the radioimmunoassay(RIA) technology, and became the second woman scientist of Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. Yalow studied nuclear physics in her early years and was familiar with the application and measurement of radioisotopes.
