Abstract: 本文对中国金丹术与阿拉伯炼金术产生的历史条件、思想基础以及具体的实验方法等方面进行分析比较，指出阿拉伯炼金术在以上各方面都有更大的优势，所以中国金丹术传到阿拉伯后取得了比在中国本土更为辉煌的科学成就，从而为近代化学的产生开辟了道路。
