农村能源建设需要注意的几个问题

Abstract: ＜正＞ 随着农村生产的发展和人民生活的提高,特别是近几年来乡镇工业的蓬勃发展,农村能源的需求量大幅度增加,供不应求的情况愈来愈严重,因此,加速农村能源开发势在必行,在目前农村能源建设中,有些问题应该引起我们的重视。
