Abstract: ＜正＞ 十年前的“科学大会”向人们宣告了十年浩劫后“科学春天”的到来,一时间,全国出现了一股科学热。十年后的今天,在市场经济冲击下,在诱人的商品和货币面前,那些能直接生产商品的技术部门,被供奉为“财神”,或被誉为“星火”、“火炬”;而那些产生不出“经济效益”的基础科学,就借贷无门,日子很难过。为什么会出现这种两极分化?其前景如何?对实现现代化会产生怎样的影响?是值得人们深思的。本文不打算正面回答这些问
