Abstract: After analysis to the original version of "Sceptical Chymists", this paper tells that R. Boyle had Practically expressed his doubt about 10 ideas of chemistry before 1660s, including the conception of "element"（ or "principles"）, formations of chemical mixture, the methods of chemical analysis. It is very by the doubts that R. Boyle put the ancient "black-art"（chēmeia） in forward to go on the way of a science.
