Abstract: For social, economical and historical reasons, nearly 150 years of experience of Darwin’s theory of evolution among the biologists, teachers, public and justices of Federal Supreme Court undoubtedly have proved that the dissemination of evolution as law of biological development are not causes of the accomplishment on one move, but along with further development of science, technique and culture, the number of people who accept evolution will be more and more.
