Abstract: Analyzed the coal outburst mechanism occurred by the structure soft coal zone opened at the cross-cut,according to the outburst high danger and high strength problems occurred by the seam opened at the cross-cut,the pre-cracking blasting with deep boreholes in the structure soft coal zone for the outburst elimination and the rapid mine roadway construction technology were provided and the site test research was carried out in Luling Coal Mine.The results showed that with 24 hours after the deep ...
