Abstract: The effect of three treatments including shuck- tedding,ret- tedding and tedding on water,oil content,soluble sugar,starch,soluble protein,fatty acid composition and acid value of post- harvest camilla seed was studied. The results showed that: ret- tedding treatment was in favour of improving oil content,which was higher 2%than shuck- tedding treatment and tedding treatment.
