Abstract: The study was aimed to optimize the ethanol reflux extraction conditions of phenylethanoid glycosides from Semen Plantaginis.Three factors such as extraction temperature(℃),ethanol concentration(%)and ratio of solvent to material(mL·g-1)were investigated on the basis of single-factor experiments.The predictive equation was obtained by fitting the experimental data to the Box-Behnken Design(BBD)model with Design-Expert.8.0.6software.The results showed that the optimum ethanol extraction condition...
