Abstract: In view of high temperature smelting and forging industry dust condition,to reduce labor intensity,increase productivity,automatic loading and unloading manipulator is designed. This manipulator is composed of mechanical,hydraulic and electrical systems,with four degrees of freedom,can realize the big arm rotating,lifting,forearm and wrist flip expansion,is applicable to automatic production.
