Abstract: Multi- sensor data fusion technology has been widely used in the military,navigation system and electronic commerce nowadays. This article studies on multi- sensor data fusion technology used in precision agriculture,and puts forward a more systematic structure model of data fusion. This structure model includes four process. The article also studies on the key technology of the four process and practice state analysis based on Matlab.
