Abstract: This paper introduces a temperature control system of coal mine nitrogen machine based on PLC control. The system uses frequency controller and PLC analog output module to control the temperature of the heater heating control system,using PID algorithm realize the accurate control of temperature. Compared with the traditional electric heating control power saving 30%,and the temperature control precision,protective film group,to ensure stable gas.
