Abstract: Short-term exposure method was applied to evaluate toxic effects of sub-micron and nano-zinc oxide on tadpole growth and development.150 same period tadpoles were randomly divided into three groups:control group,200 and 30nm zinc oxide particle exposure group.5mg 200 nm or 30 nm zinc oxide particle was added to 1Lwater for the exposure experiment.By measuring the weight,tail structure and Zn adsorption of tadpoles,the impact of sub-micron and nano-ZnO toward tadpole development was evaluated.The... More
