Abstract: AbstractTwenty-eight post-traumatic patients with hepatolenticular degeneration（HLD）are anal-ysed.In 17 cases with presymptomatic HLD,brain disturbances have supervened following trau-ma,and about 70% of them presented with symptoms of brain within one month.
