社日与中国古代乡村社会

Abstract: 社日作为曾在中国传承数千年的民俗节日，它在公众生活中曾有着特殊的地位。社日既是村社成员的兴奋点，又是维系村社共同体的精神纽带，社日在乡村生活中尽着有效的调节服务功能。社日在中古之后出现了历史性的衰变，这种衰变是中国村社制度动摇的结果，同时也是村社公共精神失落的标志
