Abstract: The communicating information on Web must be encrypted by use of SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) protocol which is the common method of the secure transmission. This method is slow and deteriorates the performance of the Web server. A new method for securing transmission by use of DH(Diffie-Hellman) key exchange algorithm and DES(Data Encryption Standard) algorithm to transfer the DH parameters directly is presented.
