Abstract: Along with the development of globalization,the management philosophy of Chinese enterprises has changed.According to the characteristics of labor relations in Chinese enterprises,we should set up the management philosophy of the theory of stakeholder.It is an important issue to build up harmonious labor relations and enhance social and economic development.
