Abstract: "Fa","Shu" and "Shi" were not absolutely isolated before Hanfei’s era,which could be testified by many classics of Pre-Qin dynasty.Compared Xunzi’ and Hanfei’s thought about "Fa","Shu" and "Shi",we can draw a conclusion:Xunzi regarded "Fa" as ruling’s entity,while Hanfei regarded it as ruling’s function;As to "Shu",Xunzi stressed on the on value reason,while Hanfei stressed on its instrumental reason;Xunzi emphasized on artificiality of "Shi",while Hanfei emphasized on spontaneousness of "Shi".A... More
