试论弱势群体的法律保护

Abstract: 改革开放以来,市场经济的发展引发了社会分层、利益关系的结构性调整,使社会弱势群体问题日益浮出水面,从而引起党和政府的高度重视。和谐社会概念的提出,为当代中国法的精神注入了新的元素,同时也将社会弱势群体保护问题提升到了一个崭新的高度。本文指出对社会弱势群体的法律保护已成为当代中国社会生活的重大主题。
