Abstract: ＜正＞劳务派遣,是指劳务派遣单位与被派遣劳动者订立劳动合同,劳务派遣单位与派遣工使用单位订立劳务派遣协议,然后由派遣单位将派遣工派往用工单位从事工作的一种劳动关系。这种劳动关系和劳动用工制度最大的特点是,派遣单位雇佣派遣工但不使用派遣工,而用工单位使用派遣工却不直接与派遣工签订劳动合同,实质
