The Fuzzy Cluster Analysis Used in the Sales Staff’Performance AppraisalChinese Full Text

Abstract: In this paper,the data of the sales performance about 8 salesman of a domestic brand cosmetics company are selected,the similar matrix is established by maximum and minimum method.The cluster analysis is maken by closure method.The result shows that the fuzzy cluster analysis is scientific and reasonable to assess the sales staff’performance and have the great help to grasp the condition of the staff’sales.
