Abstract: 目前我们正处于全面建成小康社会的决战期和全面深化改革的攻坚期,经济发展进入新常态,全面改善环境质量面临重大挑战与重要机遇,现行的环境管理体制难以有效应对当下复杂的环境问题。针对目前我国生态环境保护体制和环境管理工作现状存在的一些问题进行了分析,并借鉴国外发达国家的环境管理模式、经验,对进行生态环境保护体制改革提出几点对策建议。
