Abstract: It is important how to use manipulator to improve the automation level of production,reduce the labor intensity of the operator and realize safety production. By selecting a manipulator with five degree of freedom( 5-DOF),capable of moving vertical and hordizontally,and rotating freely in ± 90°,the design scheme of manipulator control system was proposed based on MCGS configuration software.
