Abstract: ＜正＞植入前胚胎遗传学诊断技术（preimplantation genetic diagnosis,PGD）是对胚胎或卵子行卵裂球/滋养层细胞或极体活检,作染色体和（或）基因学检测,将无疾病胚胎植入子宫妊娠,并出生正常子代的技术。该技术于1990年由Handyside教授首次应用于性连锁疾病诊断。植入前遗传学筛查（preimplantation genetic screening,PGS）
