Abstract: In order to study the influence of induction heater coil parameters on the distribution of temperature field of engine blade, a three-dimensional electromagnetic induction heating analysis model was established based on finite element method, and the numerical study of the influences of the coil parameters such as coil shape, coil cross-section geometry and heating distance on the blade temperature field were carried out. The results show that the heating efficiency of the conformal shape induction coil is higher than that of the loop coil, the maximum temperature increases and the distribution of high temperature area is more uniform in the middle of the blade. For the hollow induction coil with the same cross-sectional area, the heating temperature of the circular induction coil is less than that of the coil of the rectangular section. The heating distance between induction coil and blade directly affects the temperature of the blade. The heating efficiency decreases with the increase of heating distance, and the overall temperature of the blade decreases.
