Abstract: Real-time flurecenece quantitive PCR is developed on the basis of ordinary PCR,which quantifies the template by means of standard curve.It is specific,sensitive,simple,fast and efficient.The mechanism of real-time flurecenece quantitive PCR,and systematically demonstrated its application in medical diagnosis,food testing,environmental monitoring,biological research and other fields was reviewed.
