Abstract: In this paper,the contents of crude proteins,water-soluble protein,amiuo acids,total ash,inorganic nutritive elements,polyhnols, total flavonoids,dihydromyricetin and water extration of soft leaves of Ampelopsis grossedentata were determined.The results showed that it was high in rude proteins,amino acids,inorganic nutritive elements,water extraction and the contents of flavonids,polyhnols,dihydromyricetin were higher than the other natural plants.We can develop it as special tea productions and also develop it as productions with nutrition,health,medical functions.
