Effect of Doping Li+ on Structure and Luminescence of ZnTiO3: Eu3+ PhosphorChinese Full TextEnglish Full Text (MT)

Abstract: In order to enhance the luminescent performance of ZnTiO3:Eu3+(ZTOE),a series of red-emitting phosphor of ZTOE doped with Li+ was synthesized via sol-gel method.The influence of lattice site occupancy of Li+ on the emission of ZTOE was investigated in detail.The emission intensity was significantly enhanced by introducing different concentrations of Li+ ions.In contrast to lithium-free ZTOE,the red emission intensities(615 nm) of the ZTOE doped with 4 mol% Li+ ions were enhanced by about 2.1 times.Moreover,The chromaticity coordinate of ZnTiO3:Eu3+,Li+(x=0.6717,y=0.3280) has a higher color purity,which is closer to the International Association of Lighting NTSC trichromatic coordinates specified red coordinate(x= 0.670,y= 0.330).
