水冷式鼓泡器在玻璃熔窑中的使用维护

Abstract: 鼓泡技术广泛应用于大型玻璃熔窑,可起到提升熔化效率、提高玻璃质量和节能的作用,但因鼓泡器需要接触高温玻璃液,如果使用不当,会导致鼓泡器烧损,反而影响玻璃熔制。通过对某型鼓泡器在某浮法玻璃熔窑应用中的故障跟踪,为该类型鼓泡器的使用积累了经验和教训,并可为水冷式鼓泡系统的设计提供借鉴。
