Abstract: <正>目的观察乳化异氟烷(EI)预处理对大鼠局灶l生脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响;检测谷氨酸受体6-突触后致密物质95-混合谱系激酶3活性的变化,探讨EI发挥作用的具体机制。方法第一部分:采用大脑中动脉线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型。48只SD成年雄性大鼠随机分为8组(n=6):SHAM组、缺血2h再灌注1h组(1h组)、缺血2h再灌注2h组(2h组)、缺血2h再灌注4h组(4h组)、缺血2h再灌注6h组(6h组)、缺血2h再灌注8h组(8h组)、缺血2h再灌注12h组(12h组)、缺血2h再灌注24h组(24h组),SHAM组只分离血管,不留置线栓,将其余大鼠分别缺血2h
