乳化异氟烷预处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤及G1uR6-PSD95-MLK3活性的影响

Abstract: ＜正＞目的观察乳化异氟烷（EI）预处理对大鼠局灶l生脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响;检测谷氨酸受体6-突触后致密物质95-混合谱系激酶3活性的变化,探讨EI发挥作用的具体机制。方法第一部分:采用大脑中动脉线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型。48只SD成年雄性大鼠随机分为8组（n=6）:SHAM组、缺血2h再灌注1h组（1h组）、缺血2h再灌注2h组（2h组）、缺血2h再灌注4h组（4h组）、缺血2h再灌注6h组（6h组）、缺血2h再灌注8h组（8h组）、缺血2h再灌注12h组（12h组）、缺血2h再灌注24h组（24h组）,SHAM组只分离血管,不留置线栓,将其余大鼠分别缺血2h
