2013全国脑血管病流行病学专项调查方法学及其进展

Abstract: ＜正＞背景与目标我国上世纪80年代曾开展较大范围的脑卒中流行病学调查,经过30多年的自然发展,各地区脑卒中的流行状况已发生了很大变化,目前急需了解我国现阶段的脑卒中流行病学数据。因此,"十二五"期间,国家科技部、卫生和计划生育委员会专门批准立项进行全国脑血管病流行病学专项调查,目的是摸清我国脑卒中流行病学的基本数据,为国家制定更加合理的防治对策提供依据。方法学此次调查在全国31个省（直辖市、自治区）疾病监测系统的157个监测县（区）开展。以2010年人口普查数据为基础,采取多级分层整群抽样方法,每个监测点至少完成3800人（全年龄组）
