报讯 记者张宏川报道 “今年，市里面给我们的任务是实际利用外资1.5亿美元，引进市外到位内资100亿人民币。经研究决定，经开区决定自加压力，上调外资任务基数20%，内资60%作为奋斗目标，即实际利用外资1.8亿美元，引进市外到位内资160亿元人民币，以确保完成目标任务。”昆
