此次采访前，记者认为“维权”的核心内容应该是“遭遇不法侵害后维护合法权益”；但采访期间，南宁市总工会工作人员与相关企业工会组织、干部职工的回答，让我对“维权”有了更加深刻的理解：集体协商谈妥了工资待遇，劳资纠纷就会明显减少；建好“职工之家”让员工休憩娱乐?
