Abstract: In recent years,organic semiconductor materials have developed rapidly,promoting the development of organic photodetectors.Currently reported organic photodetectors are mostly photodiode-type organic photodetectors,whose working mechanism is similar to that of photovoltaic cells.The external quantum efficiency(EQE)cannot exceed 100%,resulting in low detection sensitivity and limiting their application prospects.Organic photodetectors with low dark current and high sensitivity are key components ...
