Abstract: To know well the bird diversity in Sichuan Mabian Dafengding National Nature Reserve， we conducted the line transect method in bird survey and the infrared camera monitoring in the reserve from January 2016 to June 2024. A total of 257 bird species were recorded. Combined with historical data， there are 328 species of birds in the reserve. Among them， 54 species of birds were firstly recorded.
