Study on Techology of Culture in Vitro of Nitraria tangutorumChinese Full Text

Abstract: The study of culture in vitro of N.tangutorum has been made in this test. The resuits indicated that the opitumum culture medium is: MS+BA2 0 mg/L+IBA0 5 mg/L for differentiation of axillary bud, 1/2MS+IBA0 6 mg/L for subrooting, and rooting percentoge comes up to 100% Moreover, the survival rate of seedlings transplanting from 20 day test tube seedlings is more than 95%
