Abstract: 本文通过对塔里木科研管理的运作模式进行了提炼和总结,阐述了科研文化在形成塔里木开放科研体系的过程中所起到的重要作用,在此基础上进一步提炼了科研文化的主要内容,以及落实科研文化建设的保证措施,对各科研院所加强企业文化建设、提升竞争能力具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。
