Abstract: Using co-integration regression method with the monthly time series data from 2002 to 2012,this article analyzed the relationship between treasury cash stored in the central bank of the state and the supply of money. In this paper,the empirical results indicate that there is a stable long-term equilibrium relationship between the treasury cash stored in the central bank and the cash in circulation,which means the increasing of the former,would drive an increase in the latter.
