Abstract: Objective To study the effect of Xuezhikang on oxidative stress of diabetic mice.Methods A diabetic model was established in 6-8-week-old male BALB/c mice by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.Then,diabetic mice were intraperitoneally injected with either 5%Arabic gum（non-therapy group,n=6）or Xuezhikang 200mg·kg-1·d-1（Xuezhikang group,n=6）once per day for 4weeks.In addition,health mice were selected as the normal control group（n=6）.The levels of blood glucose were detected after success... More
