Vortex flow and cavitation inception in a slotChinese Full Text

Abstract: In this paper,the mechanism of the vortex flow in a slot is described and the approximate equations for total vorticity and energy of the vortex are established.The expression of cavitation inception index of the slot is deduced.The calculated results are in accordance with the experimental data.
