Abstract: 5月27日,海南航空集团与西安民生集团实施股权重组。海航集团受让西安市国有资产管理局持有的西安民生国家股5180余万股（000564深圳A股）,海航集团以出资1.7亿多元人民币而拥有了民生集团25.65％的股权,成为西安民生集团股份有限公司的第一大股东。
