村民自治中的乡村政治人——以陕北S村为例

Abstract: 村民自治中从对乡村事务的管理和提供公共服务的层面来说,现阶段可划分为在职政治人、在野政治人和无政治阶层（普通村民）。在职政治人是影响村民自治的重要变量,他们对村民自治发挥着支撑作用,对广大村民能够起动员和引领作用,因此必须把他们培育和塑造成现代乡村政治人,这样才能实现社会主义新农村建设"管理民主"的目标。
