多中心治理下的苏南乡镇治理模式创新

Abstract: 多中心治理是二战以后指导西方公共治理改革的流行理论。20世纪末期以来,在我国苏南地区的乡镇治理中,也出现了某些多中心化的趋势。但是,从总体上来看,这些改变是有限的,未来苏南乡镇治理的变革依然存在着很多问题,而多中心理论为这种变革提供了有益的启示。
