Abstract: Digital Library’s "Quality Services" needs the support of four aspects: advanced network equipment,server architecture with the ability to load streaming,network-based high-storage system and overall safety strategy,With the server’s architecture as the entry point,the paper discusses the ways of constructing Digital Library in the new era.
