邮轮停靠若干法律问题论略——以三亚为例

Abstract: 使三亚邮轮经济步入快速、健康发展的轨道,必须用法律手段对其进行规制。文章以法律视角为切入点对邮轮停靠三亚港口所涉一系列法律问题进行了简单考量包括旅客运输、通关手续、旅客侵权、港口规划等内容,并提出了相关简易对策。
