Abstract: This paper reviews literatures on international trade and wage gap.The results show that technological change and foreign trade are main causes of wage gap.The wage disparity in developed countries is highly related to the change of skill workers’ employment within the industries,which is due to outsourcing activities of developed countries.Therefore,the wage gap in developed countries can be explained by SS theorem under FH framework instead of SS theorem under HO framework.However,when it come... More
