基于电子取证的分层次实验教学模式

Abstract: 实验教学是高校培养全面型、融通型人才的重要手段之一,也是高校教学改革的主要方向之一。电子、通讯等高新技术的应用在促进社会快速发展的同时,也对文科教学提出了新的挑战。如何在教学中体现最新的社会发展成果成为当前文科教学,尤其是文科类实验教学一个急需解决的难题。〔1〕本文以高新技术应用中具有代表性的电子取证为研究对象,提出了一种分层次实验教学模式,以实现面向不同类型学生的跨学科教学。
