Abstract: Sulfuric acid leaching of copper oxide ore was investigated in this paper. The effects of reaction temperature, sulfuric acid consumption, residence time and particle size on leaching were studied. The results show that under the optimum conditions of leaching temperature of 60 ℃, acid consumption of 180 kg acid/t ore, residence time of 2 h, liquid-solid ratio of 2/1, the extraction efficiency of Cu is about 82%, the concentration of Cu and H2SO4 in PLS are about 17 g/L and... More
