教育信息化2.0视域下的法学实验教育大平台建设

Abstract: ＜正＞自2009年教育部推动文科类国家级实验教学示范中心建设以来,高校法学实验教育进入了快速发展期。期间,不断强化法学实验教育环节一直是法学教育改革的措施之一。但是对于如何强化法学实验教育模式,在认识上与举措上仍存在一些不足和缺憾。法学实验教学是一个广义的系列代名词,包含了人们常常提及的"法庭科学类实验（法医、文书、痕迹检验等）""模拟法庭""法治业务过程全程模拟实验（包括立法、执法、诉讼、非诉、法律时效评价等实验）""实体法与程序法结
